Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing the full scope of HR advice, guidance, and support for the site. In this role, the chosen candidate will drive strategy, integrate, and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, and manage complex issues across multiple functions.


Essential functions:


Provide leadership and expertise across all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, engagement, training, organizational development, and communications.


Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.


Guide performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.


Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies.


Manage leave programs (FMLA, PTO, statutory leaves), maintain accurate records, and communicate policies to employees and supervisors.


Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and documentation.


Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, recruitment, interviews, and offer management; support workforce planning and succession strategies.


Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and provide key metrics to support decision-making.


Address and resolve employee relations issues to promote a compliant and equitable work environment.


Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure the confidentiality of employee information across all HR processes and systems.


Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.


Serve as liaison with contract labor suppliers (if applicable).


Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in related field


5 years’ experience in Human Resources experience preferred


PHR or SHRM CP preferred



Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Experience in areas such as mediation, EEO compliance, and litigation


Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent, and effectively interfacing with and coaching high-level business and operations leaders


Ability to energize and lead in complex goal-driven organizations


Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and create a positive, team-oriented culture


Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed


Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality


Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement


Understanding of HR concepts and principles with expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, analytics, facilitation, etc.


Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment


Strong oral and written communication skills


Strong interpersonal and leadership skills


Exceptional multi-tasking ability.
