Summary:

The Label & Log Gen Technician requires a close working relationship with the Pharmacists and Operations Manager to ensure all pharmaceutical batch records and related labels are printed accurately for each submitted customer order.

Essential functions:

• Generate product labels for production, inventory, and quality control process, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, compliant, and includes all necessary information such as barcodes and expiration dates
• Generate and maintain logs for production, inventory, and quality control processes, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards for labeling and documentation
• Work with production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to address issues and update labels
• Regularly review labels and logs for accuracy and integrity
• Resolve problems with labeling software or systems as they arise
• Compile reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Maintain and organize all records related to labeling and logging activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
  
  
  

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to use computer and label printing equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus, while sitting for extended periods
