SCA Health is growing, and we’re looking for a Paralegal Coordinator to join our in-house Legal team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing contracts, and keeping legal operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our paralegals and attorneys to support day-to-day legal operations, enhance department processes, and help ensure efficiency and compliance across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update our contract management system
- Track expiring contracts and notify internal stakeholders
- Coordinate signatures, execution, and notarization of documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing legal mail and original documents
- Support attorneys across various corporate legal matters
- Communicate with internal partners, senior leadership, and outside counsel
- Conduct legal research and assist with legal projects Review and process invoices
- Support legal department initiatives as needed
- Experience supporting legal teams or corporate legal departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and discretion handling confidential information

Qualifications
- Proven experience in legal operations or related field
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Familiarity with cloud based legal workflow and repository software
- Experience with Adobe Sign and/or DocuSign required
- Notary Public for Alabama or be eligible to obtain
Salary : $41,300 - $50,000
