Responsibilities
- Perform various corporate accounting functions within prescribed time schedules and guidelines
- Perform month end close procedures-preparing and recording multiple manual and recurring journal entries
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, research outstanding issues and propose corrections
- Responsible for preparing invoices for various service lines
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing various monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with fellow team members and home office departments
- Prepare timely and accurate work product, including insightful financial statement analysis
- Review/prepare facility and corporate-specific ad hoc reporting requests from management
- Work closely with team members, department heads and facility personnel, assisting with any accounting/financial questions or needs
- BS in Accounting required
- 2 years experience in corporate or public accounting demonstrating a working knowledge of debits and credits in the general ledger
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with all levels of management
- Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, Word
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
