Responsibilities
Premier Surgical Center of Michigan is recruiting for a Director of Nursing to lead nursing care delivery in the center.
Located in Clinton Township, MI, our ambulatory surgery center (ASC) specializes in general surgery, gynecology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, podiatry and spine surgery. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable and family-friendly environment so our patients loved ones can have a stress-free experience.
Our facility features six fully-equipped procedure rooms designed for advanced procedures. With a workflow of 275 cases per month, we pride ourselves on cost-effective and patient-focused care. Our team of experienced physicians, nurses, and support staff work collaboratively to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Director of Nursing will assume responsibility as a department lead of the OR, Preop, and PACU. They are also responsible for overseeing the facilities quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and education of the teammates. The successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physician and facility’s policies & procedures.
- Demonstrate respect for co-workers & leadership and develops positive working relationships within departments.
- Provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency throughout the clinical areas of the facility.
- Recognize legal policy limits and individual practice.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing required, a bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure.
- 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
- Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
- Successful completion of ACLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
