Responsibilities
As a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of the operations of the regulatory compliance department. The Compliance Analyst will work with all Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA Health’s facilities.

Responsibilities
As a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of the operations of the regulatory compliance department. The Compliance Analyst will work with all Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA Health’s facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing all phases of compliance related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, Compliance training tracking)
- Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition process
- Working effectively with other departments/external sources
- Working as part of a team who support each other to accomplish set goals and objectives together
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and compliance related principles
- Understanding of regulatory compliance processes and internal controls
- Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential
- Flexible attitude and open to changes in the day to day work schedule
- Absolute attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong mission and values commitment; natural cultural fit
- Four year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or health care administration required.
- 2 years of experience related to health care operations, regulatory compliance, and/or healthcare compliance preferred, but not required.
If not already achieved, obtain either of the below certifications within first two years of employment:
- Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC)
- Project management experience
- Coding experience
- Audit experience
Salary : $65,000
