Job Duties:
· Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and strict compliance with all SCA policies, procedures, and quality standards.
· Complete all assigned quality control audits daily, ensuring adherence to production and turnaround expectations established by QAM.
· Review, revise, and correct appraisal files and estimates as necessary to meet quality and regulatory standards.
· Assist with estimate writing and technical file development when assigned.
· Validate that all appraisal files comply with applicable state statutes, insurance regulations, and client requirements.
· Manage and resolve escalated issues within the designated territory involving clients, internal staff, appraisal vendors, and franchise partners.
· Serve as the primary quality and compliance resource for the assigned territory.
· Identify trends, deficiencies, and performance gaps within appraisal file handling and recommend corrective action.
· Assist in developing and implementing claim handling and monitoring tools to ensure consistent quality of claim products.
· Identify technical training needs for vendors and franchise partners and provide recommendations to QAM for development.
· Ensure all vendors and franchise partners within the territory are informed of and adhere to regulatory requirements and SCA standards.
· Coordinate and conduct quality evaluations, follow-up reviews, and re-audits to verify corrective actions and sustained improvement.
· Seek and incorporate coaching or collaboration from senior leadership SR QAS when appropriate.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance file quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
· All other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Display a competent level of computer literacy. PC and Windows a must.
- Knowledge of Auto Physical Damage claims processes.
- Must type 40 words per minute.
- 3-5 years Auto Physical Damage estimating experience.
- Strong understanding of appraisal estimating software such as Audatex, Mitchell and CCC.
- Strong technical aptitude in regard to software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with the use and application of claims management processes and software.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
