Job Overview
Are you tech-savvy, curious, and ready to jumpstart your career in IT? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Candidate to join our team in a part-time role. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience supporting both field appraisers and internal teams, while enhancing your IT skills ins and outs support, systems, and operations.

You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, setup, and support—helping keep our team connected, productive, and running efficiently. We also offer a flexible schedule, making this a great fit for students or anyone looking to gain experience while balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and assist Appraisers and Internal staff of any software/ hardware issues. Setup shortcuts for programs.
• Perform online training and create Job Aids. Train Field Appraisers in use of Claim System and CCC Estimating.
• Assist network in using the software to get files uploaded. Assist in configuring the software related to SCA.
• Assist Internal users in troubleshooting SCA software. Configure computers for new users.
• Assist in taking inventory of the company equipment. Assist in maintaining company equipment.
• Recommend solutions to user to be able to work more efficient.
• Verify updates are properly and regularly installed.
• Assist manager on special requests. Assist in making backups for SCA files.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
