The role will begin as a temporary full-time postion estimated to last 3β6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on project needs.

Requirements: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience in customer service and/or general office work. Experience in the auto insurance claims is preferred but not required. Phone experience is mandatory.
Duties:
- Build rapport with clients, to help ensure the specific needs of our clients are met.
- Handle an average of 70 incoming calls and live chats from our website from adjusters, vehicle owners, appraisers, and body shops.
- Assist with open file management, document and communicate updates to clients.
- Respond promptly to customer needs.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Follow up calls whenever commitments are made to the client.
- Must be able to identify the complaint, offer a resolution, and set an expectation for resolution on complaint calls.
- Recognize and use judgment in escalating issues to management.
- Triage new information to the appropriate party/department.
- Handle emails and faxes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports as needed.
Skills:

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
