Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records with a high level of attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook to support daily business operations.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes.
- Maintain organized files and records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to learn new processes, systems, and procedures quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and consistently follow through on assignments.
