Benefits:Employee discountsFlexible scheduleFree uniformsOpportunity for advancementTraining & development The Service Assistant position assists the server and bartender teams in providing guests with friendly and prompt service in order to create legendary experiences.RESPONSIBILITIESBusses, cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs according to company standardsProperly resets tables for future guestsMaintains dining room and bar floor cleanliness throughout serviceEnsures FOH High Touchpoint cleaning is completed and documented according to company standardsScans tables during service and pre-busses tables of existing guests as necessaryAssists in running food and drinks to guests tables, paying close attention to pivot points/seat numbersRemoves dirty dishes from behind the bar as needed and maintenance cleans behind the bar when necessaryRuns bar glass washer or heart of house dishwasher as neededRefills server and bar ice wells and supplies (takeout boxes, silverware, cups/glassware, cleaning supplies) at the beginning and end of each shift, and during serviceDiligently follows safety requirements and models behavior that protects them and othersStays current on all federal, state, local and company required training and certificationsOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE/SKILLSSuperior guest service and hospitality skillsKnowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, RAS and security proceduresStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsSkill in time management and organization with attention to detailAbility to take direction and execute team and BWW objectivesCapacity to follow specific service time and guidelinesAbility to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
