- Stay at the forefront of the Avaya field by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies, ensuring that our solutions are cutting-edge and innovative.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working with Avaya CM implementation and service-related work, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of Avaya's product portfolio.
- Strong technical expertise and experience with Communication Manager, Session and System Manager, and Session Initiation Protocol.
- Direct customer interaction and support experience, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch service to clients.
- Familiarity and experience with Avaya's Contact Center portfolio, further enhancing your capabilities in this field.

COMPENSATION
The pay range for this opportunity is from $110,200 to $148,800 performance-related bonus benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
