Key Responsibilities
- Community Relations: Act as the face of the property by handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage lease agreements (renewals, terminations, and rent collection) while ensuring all phases comply with HUD regulations.
- Property Care: Conduct regular inspections to catch maintenance needs early and coordinate closely with contractors/vendors for seamless repairs and renovations.
- Administration: Maintain accurate, highly confidential records and update tenant profiles, lease agreements, and financial logs.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Experience/Education: An Associate’s degree is preferred, OR 1 years of proven experience in property management.
- Certification: Active Property Management Certification is a plus (or the drive to complete it within 6 months of your hire date).
- Skills: Strong general computer literacy, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to process and maintain highly confidential data securely. Familiar with Yardi software is a plus.
- Traits: A reliable self-starter, an exceptional communicator, and a genuine passion for community impact.
