What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician- Wagener, Salley, Willison, SC position at SC Regional Housing Authority #3?
The ideal candidate will work in our Wagener, Salley and Williston, SC Areas
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Must have prior experience in general maintenance. Performs minor electrical repairs on items, such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits. Performs minor plumbing work, such as toilet and sink repairs, replacing fittings, etc. Assists in replacing broken glass, tile carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances, and locks. Assist in painting interior and exterior. Performs carpentry work such as, installing doors, repairing windows, replacing and building shelves and all other basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Working knowledge of HVAC systems to assist in maintenance, repairs and/or replacement is preferred, but required. Work schedule is Mon-Thurs. 10-hour shifts, 3-day weekend!!!
