Summer 2027 Intern - Enterprise Advisory & Transformation

Our summer internship program provides students with hands-on professional experience, networking opportunities, and access to SC&H fun while honing essential skills for early career success. For 10-weeks spanning June to August, our interns work on diverse client projects and receive guided mentorship in one of our many unique service lines. Our internship is in-person at one of our offices 4x a week with an average work week of 30-32 hours.

About our Enterprise Advisory & Transformation Practice

SC&H’s Enterprise Advisory & Transformation Consulting Practice specializes in Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM technologies.  These products are industry leaders in financial and reporting systems. The team is hiring individuals responsible for assisting with the implementations of these solutions. Our continued growth is creating new opportunities for motivated and talented professionals.

As a member of our SC&H team, you will:

• Provide meaningful contributions to their project teams by assisting in implementing budgeting/forecasting and close/consolidation applications.
• Research and work with innovative Oracle/OneStream cloud technologies.
• Collaborate in team settings to achieve project goals and personal growth.
• Receive technical and soft skills trainings delivered by seasoned SC&H professionals in a hands-on learning environment.
• Participate in the mentorship program. Each intern is paired with a multiple team members who help with coaching and training throughout the summer.
• Experience the SC&H team culture through our hybrid work environment and multiple team events through the summer.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another business-related major
• A minimum GPA of 3.4
• Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable
• Reliable transportation to our Columbia location

Salary & Benefits
The rate for this position is $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. As a 100% employee-owned firm, SC&H offers the unique benefit of real equity ownership for every colleague with at least 1 year of service.
