Senior Consultant - Oracle EPM

SC&H’s Business Performance Management Consulting Practice has an immediate need for Senior Consultants with Oracle EPM experience. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. Senior Consultants must have a blend of both functional and technical knowledge of EPM solutions, and are primarily responsible for overseeing portions of an engagement, including application build, testing, and training activities. In addition, senior consultants must be well organized to ensure quality of client deliverables, manage project teams, and monitor project tasks to meet defined milestones.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Planning, designing, coordinating and implementing Oracle EPM or OneStream solutions
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud, and Oracle Data Management
• Knowledge of Oracle on premise solutions such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• Knowledge of OneStream software and Marketplace solutions
• Organizing and overseeing both internal and external resources, including goal setting, project reviews and team meetings
• Becoming intricately involved in client engagements from conception to completion
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules and project plans
• Actively participating in new business development

Qualification Requirements:

• BS/MS in Accounting, Finance, Information Science, Business Analytics or another relevant field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Hyperion On-Prem solutions, and a commensurate level of general business expertise
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to manage own time effectively and communicate work status with managers
• Must be a team player (Raises issues/concerns and seeks meaningful resolution)

Salary & Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition, you’ll be rewarded for your contributions to our success through a generous performance-based bonus plan.
