SC&H Group is currently searching for an Corporate Operations Assistant to join our Columbia, MD location. This individual will be the face of the firm doing a variety of tasks to support daily operations. In this role, there will be opportunities to interface with employees as well as clients and vendors from outside the organization. This is a salaried non-exempt position on-site in our new office space. Hours for this position are M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work you'll do:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Greeting visitors and providing general support.
  • Help with mail, snacks and building management communication.
  • Manage office & kitchen supplies stock and reordering.
  • Plan and coordinate office events in accordance with our social committee.
  • Manage calendars and book meetings upon request.
  • Support corporate groups as requested.
  • Order gifts and maintain inventory of items.
  • Place lunch and dinner orders as needed.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years of administrative support
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and overall strong time management skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and client service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be independent and work without a lot of supervision.
  • You must have the utmost integrity and be able to handle confidential data and sensitive information.

Salary & Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
