We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Monday - Friday Multiple Shifts available
Full time or Part Time in office out of our Edison, NJ or Hillsborough, NJ locations
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Correspond with customer clearly and effectively, via phone and email
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, office assistant or other related fields a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites required
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls required
- Excellent written and verbal communication required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
