Case Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
Schedule: Part-Time — 2 days per week between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (3–6 hours weekly to start; hours expected to increase following Joint Commission accreditation on October 13–14)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and support clients in their recovery journey. This position begins with a small caseload (currently two clients) and will expand significantly as we achieve accreditation and continue to grow. The Case Manager will play a vital role in providing individualized support, ensuring treatment goals are met, and maintaining compliance with all documentation and clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 case management sessions with clients
Complete treatment planning, assessments, and progress updates
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in KIPU
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
Assist clients in navigating referrals and community resources
Support clients with individualized needs related to mental health, substance use, and recovery
Qualifications
RADT (Registered Alcohol/Drug Technician) or equivalent required; CADC preferred
Prior experience in Case Management is a must (mental health experience strongly preferred)
KIPU EMR experience and proficiency required
Strong knowledge of referrals and community resources preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
