Maintenance Tech
Serving Condo & HOA Communities Throughout Central Ohio
We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Tech to join our growing team supporting multiple condominium and HOA properties throughout Central Ohio. Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and drainage concerns
- Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Complete carpentry repairs and general building maintenance
- Perform minor roofing and siding repairs/replacements
- Assist with groundskeeping, property cleanup, and exterior maintenance as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls
- Maintain accurate work orders, material records, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure all properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or property maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and exterior repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work and maintenance work order record keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
- Physical ability to remain active throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation/work vehicle required
- Must provide own basic hand tools
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts M-F (on call emergencies, if needed)
Work Location:
- In-person / onsite at various condo & HOA communities throughout Central Ohio
- Primary reporting area: Hilliard, OH 43026
Requirements:
- Ability to commute to multiple job sites throughout Central Ohio
- Own transportation/work vehicle to job sites
