SAP Project Manager Warehouse & Supply Chain Technology
location: Onsite role in Massachusetts.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives supporting warehouse and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated operational technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of warehouse and supply chain technology projects.
- Coordinate business, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Partner with operations and IT stakeholders to support operational readiness and technology enablement.
- Oversee integration activities between ERP platforms and warehouse execution technologies.
- Support infrastructure, network, and systems readiness for operational facilities.
- Lead functional and technical analysts throughout project delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and executive communication.
- Proven experience managing IT projects in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with SAP environments, including exposure to SAP EWM or similar warehouse management platforms.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies such as:
- Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
- Conveyor systems
- Automated storage and retrieval solutions
- Material handling systems
- Experience integrating ERP systems with WMS/WES/WCS platforms.
- Understanding of infrastructure and network enablement for operational or industrial environments.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of business, functional, technical, and infrastructure resources.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting warehouse transformation or supply chain modernization initiatives.
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations environments.
- Experience working with third-party automation and systems integration vendors.
