Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Santa Ana, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Representative will manage and grow assigned accounts, build new customer relationships, and promote SBR Sports, Inc. brands to retail, e-commerce, and specialty sports partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and outbound outreach, conducting product presentations (virtual and in-person), preparing quotes, and negotiating pricing within established guidelines. The role also involves tracking sales activities in a CRM system, monitoring inventory and order status, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support promotions and product launches. The Sales Representative will gather market feedback, report on competitor activity, and help identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in outbound sales, account management, and relationship building with diverse customer types.
- Experience with prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing sales in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations, both in person and via phone or video conferencing tools.
- Proficiency with CRM software, basic data analysis, and MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting and communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear email communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including in-office collaboration in Santa Ana, CA and remote work as needed.
- Interest in or familiarity with sports, fitness, or personal care products; prior experience in consumer goods or sports retail is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally for customer visits, events, or trade shows as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
