The Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture serves as a key link between solution development, pricing, and operational execution. This role is responsible for ensuring that client-facing solutions are both strategically sound and operationally executable.
This individual will partner closely with Solutions, Pricing, and Operations teams to develop, validate, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations while maintaining operational and financial performance. The Senior Manager will play an active role in problem-solving, solution design, and client engagement, ensuring alignment between what is sold and what is delivered.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on bridging gaps, solving complex challenges, and supporting successful client outcomes.

Education And/or Experience
5–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, operations, engineering, or related fields
Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional roles
Exposure to pricing, operations, or service delivery models preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong knowledge of Form I-9, IRCA regulations, and E-Verify.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think through operational execution
Ability to understand and apply pricing logic and productivity models (or willingness to learn)
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to balance technical understanding with business and client needs
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.

Solution Development & Alignment
- Partner with Solutions, RFP, and Operations teams to translate client requirements into practical, executable solutions
- Support development and validation of pricing models, productivity assumptions, and operational approaches
- Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies within proposed solutions and provide recommendations to improve feasibility and execution
- Ensure alignment between scope, pricing, and operational delivery
- Participate in client calls and presentations as a subject matter resource, helping communicate solutions clearly and effectively
- Translate technical and operational concepts into client-friendly, easy-to-understand language
- Support solution storytelling by ensuring recommendations are backed by logic, data, and operational reality
- Work closely with operations teams to solve for client targets, balancing service delivery, cost, and performance
- Identify and recommend operational levers (staffing, productivity, processes) to meet client and financial goals
- Support transition and implementation efforts to ensure alignment with proposed solutions
- Partner with Pricing, Finance, Transition, and Operations to ensure solutions are aligned across all functions
- Support continuous improvement of solution development processes, tools, and playbooks
- Contribute to building consistency between solution intent and operational execution
