SBMG Food Trailer is looking for an experienced, dependable cook to join our team. We need someone who can work in a fast-paced food trailer, prepare high-quality meals, and provide excellent customer service. Travel to events throughout Middle Tennessee may be required. Responsibilities: Prepare wings, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items. Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Assist with inventory and food prep. Work efficiently during busy service periods. Requirements: 2 years of cooking or line cook experience preferred. Food trailer or food truck experience is a plus. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player. Weekend and evening availability.
