Marketing Coordinator

SBLM is a dynamic, forward-thinking architectural firm with five integrated studios: Healthcare, Education, Mixed-Use Residential, Retail/Commercial, and Civic. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join us. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, organize, prepare, and proofread content for proposals, brochures, qualifications packages, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
• Create and update InDesign and PowerPoint templates with relevant content.
• Serve as a key liaison between the marketing department and internal/external partners.
• Review RFP/RFQ responses and related documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, photocopying, and mailing.
• Provide backup support for reception and other departmental needs as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editing and proofreading ability.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Design, architecture, or engineering background is a plus.
