Lighting Designer (All Experience Levels)
We are seeking motivated Lighting Designers to join our team. This is an open call for candidates at all career stages; from emerging designers to experienced professionals seeking growth in lighting design.
We provide training and mentorship; however, we value individuals who are comfortable in a small studio environment and bring adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of lighting design concepts across a range of project types
- Support production of lighting plans, details, and fixture specifications
- Research and select lighting fixtures, systems, and controls
- Assist with site visits to review installation and implementation
- Maintain project schedules and support coordination of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal team members, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Stay current on lighting design trends, technologies, and products
Qualifications:
Required-
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, Lighting Design, or a related field
- Resume and portfolio of relevant work (academic, professional, or personal)
- Strong interest in lighting design and the built environment
- Basic proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept direction
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)-
- Prior internship or professional experience in lighting design, interior design, or architecture
- Familiarity with presentation software (InDesign, Photoshop, or similar)
- Exposure to lighting calculation or rendering tools (AGi32, DIALux, or similar)
