We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Legal Process Outsourcing (US Market)
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO).
What You’ll Do
- Acquire and grow clients across LPOs, legal tech firms, and corporate legal departments
- Sell services including:
- eDiscovery support
- Contract abstraction & management
- Legal data processing & document review
- AI-assisted transcription and data structuring
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal → closure
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in LPO / legal services / outsourcing sales
- Strong network in the US legal ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing mid to large deals
- Ability to position offshore delivery models with high quality and compliance
