Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in Cookeville, TN. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and advising on personal insurance needs such as home, auto, watercraft, and personal umbrella insurance products. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client records, preparing quotes, handling policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring optimal insurance solutions are provided to meet clients' needs.
