We are looking for upbeat members to up hold our values in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Your top priority will be driving sales by using standardized language that conveys enthusiasm and expert knowledge of our products. You'll engage and educate customers to help them find the right items to meet their needs and desires.
Other duties will include (not limited to) customer attentiveness, housekeeping, stocking, and ensuring every peer and future shifts are set up for success. Multiple seasonal part-time positions with flexible hours will be filled. Schedule will be based on store needs, your availability and your performance. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions
- Daily housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. to ensure a clean environment
- Using a point of sale system accurately
- Learning and studying product knowledge to appropriately assist customers
- Helping management process shipments
- Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full
- Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a high school diploma
- Cash handling and counting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Coach-ability and listening skills
- Able to lift 40lb boxes
- Able to stand for at least 6 consecutive hours
