Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Help manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with reporting, sales analytics, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Support trade shows, showroom appointments, and other sales events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, retail, or fashion-related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
