Sales Assistant

Position Overview:

The Sales Assistant provides support to the sales team, helping drive business growth and ensure excellent client service. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Help manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with reporting, sales analytics, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Support trade shows, showroom appointments, and other sales events as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, retail, or fashion-related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
