Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 15 associates across sales, operations, and client services
- Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture rooted in luxury hospitality and relationship building
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top talent
- Create accountability through clear communication, goal setting, and performance management
- Drive sales performance and exceed business goals through strategic leadership and client engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top clients and local community partners
- Partner with buying and merchandising teams to maximize inventory productivity and client demand
- Analyze business trends and implement action plans to drive profitability and growth
- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience that reflects the brand
- Ensure personalized styling, outreach, and clienteling initiatives are executed consistently
- Build a loyal customer base through relationship-driven service and community engagement
- Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and visual presentation
- Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of store appearance and service
- Partner cross-functionally with corporate leadership to support business initiatives and store success
- 5 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably within multi-brand or contemporary fashion
- Proven success leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Strong clienteling background with an established luxury mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating meaningful customer relationships
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
