Position Overview:
This hybrid role combines Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless support for the brand’s C-Suite or Founders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to C-Suite executives or Founders, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks for executives, including appointments, errands, and reservations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Oversee general administrative functions such as office supply management, vendor coordination, and event support.
- Anticipate needs and provide strategic, proactive support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a combined EA/PA role, supporting C-Level executives or Founders.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
