Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (E-commerce):
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries across email and other platforms
- Provide timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses
- Handle order issues, returns, exchanges, and general support needs
- Oversee the smooth daily operations of the office
- Maintain organization of supplies, workspace, and inventory
- Coordinate internal logistics and support team needs
- Oversee shipping operations from the office
- Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders and samples
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
- Organize and maintain sample inventory
- Run samples for internal and external needs (press, shoots, etc.)
- Assist with PR-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate with external partners, stylists, and press contacts
- Support brand initiatives and special projects as needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in customer service, office management, or fashion/retail operations is a plus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Salary : $75,000
