Key Responsibilities
Guest Transportation
- Safely operate company vans/shuttles to transport guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, local attractions, parking areas)
- Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctual pick-up/drop-off times
- Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local areas when appropriate
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents
- Deliver a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Represent the property in a positive and welcoming manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle at all times
- Assist with luggage handling, door service, and other front-of-house duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with front desk and bell staff to coordinate guest services
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Previous valet, driving, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
