Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mineola, NY for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online product listings, overseeing order fulfillment, conducting sales analysis, and assisting with various online sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include listing products, responding to customer inquiries, and package inventory until shipping associate comes on board. Will coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- E-Commerce, Sales, and Analytical Skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
