The Job: As an HRBP Supervisor (Training & Development), you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Lead and supervise the Training & Development team, including direct reports and site trainers. Manage and execute the annual training plan for operators (makers) and staff populations. Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing hands-on HR support on the shop floor. Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities. Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations related to training and development. Manage the training budget and monitor effectiveness of training programs. Support leadership development initiatives and career path frameworks. Drive engagement initiatives and development programs for interns and trainees. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with a strong focus on Training & Development. Experience working in manufacturing or operational environments (automotive experience is a plus, not required). A hands-on mindset with the ability to work directly on the shop floor. Knowledge of training frameworks, competency development, career paths, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma is a plus).
