The Job: As a Set Up Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI Properly fill out all documentation and labels Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product Perform other duties as assigned The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
