This role is focused on identifying and securing new contracts with:
• property managers
• condominium associations
• commercial property owners
• businesses and office spaces
You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing service agreements.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and contact potential clients
• Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers
• Present cleaning service proposals
• Close new commercial cleaning contracts
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects
CompensationThis is a commission-based position (no base salary).
Compensation is directly tied to performance and contracts secured.
