What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Floater position at SBCA?
We are seeking someone to provide support across various classrooms. The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion working with children children, be able to communicate effectively in a classroom environment and have flexibility to work a closing shift several times a week.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in managing classroom activities
- Manage classrooms in an assistant's absence
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care across classrooms.

Our hours are 7:30am-5:30pm. Because we need someone 4-5 days a week this is most likely not suitable for a college student unless you have flexibility with your classes.
