We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Davie County, NC. The Facility Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant operations. This individual will oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure, and utility systems, while directly managing a small team of two electricians.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth and safe functioning of infrastructure equipment and systems.
- Manage facility-related projects, including upgrades, installations, and repairs.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage, utilities, and facility systems to improve efficiency
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Supervise and support a team of two electricians, ensuring quality work.

- Plumbing and water systems, including wastewater management
- Fire protection and life safety systems

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
- 3 years of facility or maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supervising maintenance personnel, preferably electricians or technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
