Exterior Cleaning Technician

We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our exterior cleaning team. This is a physically active, outdoor job where you'll help keep homes looking their best by cleaning windows, gutters, and solar panels. If you enjoy working outside, staying active, and taking pride in high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential windows (interior and exterior when needed)
- Clean gutters and downspouts
- Clean residential solar panels
- Safely climb ladders and work on rooftops
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure every job meets our quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow all company safety procedures while working at heights
- Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders
- Comfortable working outdoors in the sun and varying weather conditions for several hours each day
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- No experience required—we're happy to train the right person
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, construction, landscaping, or another outdoor labor position
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
