Are you meticulous, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field? We are looking for a Lender Inspector to join our dedicated team and ensure the security and compliance of our real estate loan portfolio.
The Role: What You'll Do
As a Lender Inspector, you will be the eyes and ears for our lending institutions, providing crucial verification and risk mitigation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Physical Inspections: Traveling to residential and commercial properties to verify completion status, progress on construction projects, and occupancy.
* Documentation: Taking high-quality photographs and detailed notes to document the property's condition and status accurately.
* Report Generation: Preparing clear, concise, and timely inspection reports.
* Compliance: Ensuring properties meet all regulatory standards.
* Time Management: Managing an efficient inspection schedule and meeting strict deadlines.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience in property inspection, construction, real estate, or a related field is highly preferred. (Will train you if needed)
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to write professional reports.
* Technology: Proficient in using mobile inspection apps, cameras, and basic office software.
* Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the country/counties (will be assigned only 2 counties max and must live in one of the counties assigned (Dearborn Co& Franklin Co.)
* Integrity: High degree of professionalism, ethics, and independence.
*Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
*Aspen Grove Number or the ability to obtain one.(Ask me how)
*Hud Keys or the ability to obtain keys. (Ask me how)
*Vehicle with good gas mileage.
