The Role: Our studios are uniquely designed without front desks. Our estheticians focus entirely on the client. That makes you the vital first impression and the operational backbone of our entire brand.
Operating out of our Central Operations Hub, you are the nerve center of our empire. You aren't just answering phones; you are orchestrating the daily flow of a high-volume, luxury business. You are a digital concierge, an auditor, and a critical driver of our daily success.
The Mandate (Your Responsibilities):
- The Voice of the Brand: Command inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, SMS) with a polished, authoritative, and welcoming tone.
- Schedule Mastery: Seamlessly confirm and manage appointments across 7 locations using our Zenoti software platform.
- Operational Excellence: Perform daily audits to ensure studio workflows run flawlessly.
- Client Advocacy: Resolve inquiries rapidly, providing top-tier solutions that reflect our premium status.
The Profile (Who You Are):
- Crisp & Professional: Flawless communication skills. You sound like a luxury brand.
- Tech-Fluent: Deeply comfortable with computers, CRM systems (Zenoti experience is a massive plus), and Microsoft Office. High attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- Driven: A positive, solutions-oriented mindset. You thrive in a high-performance, dynamic environment.
- Experienced: At least 1 year in premium sales, retail, or high-level customer service preferred.
