About the Role:

The operator must adhere strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel. Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Proven experience operating concrete pumps and heavy equipment in road construction or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety inspection procedures.
- Ability to perform rigging tasks and understand heavy equipment operation.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate machinery safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in concrete pump operation or related heavy equipment operation.
- Experience working in a plant environment similar to South Hill, VA.
- Additional safety training certifications such as OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction safety.
- Familiarity with diesel truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based construction settings.
Responsibilities:
