Job SummaryOur fast-paced and growing company is looking for an organized Team Lead to join our team. Candidate must be able to manage the line and provide effective guidance. Will be responsible of supervising and motivate team members daily. As a Line leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members on that line for a diverse work culture. Communication skills should be excellent. Should be able to proactively ensure smooth team operations and collaboration.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Essential Duties

• Trained and monitored line associates to perform proper assembly techniques, apply best practices and comply with safety procedures.
• Followed daily production schedules for organized and on-time deliveries.
• Assisted in training new employees and implementing procedural changes.
• Communicated shift handover information to keep personnel aware of incomplete tasks.
• Monitored product quality to achieve superior quality reputation.
• Coordinated staff, parts and process flow to minimize work in progress, eliminate shortages, and maximize productivity.
• Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality.
• Trained new production staff members on safe and efficient production procedures and proper machine operations.
• Assembled products according to changing daily work orders and specific customer needs.
• Prepared reports and technical documentation of day-to-day production processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing while operating a standup forklift
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Decision-making skills
• Forklift is a plus
