This is a hands-on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You’ll lead a frontline team, solve real-time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. The annual salary range for this role is $ 71,332 - $ 89,165 . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture
- Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- 3 years supply chain experience
- Experience with System 21 ERP software
- Background in the spirits, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing industries
