Job Description/Responsibilities

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You’ll lead a frontline team, solve real-time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. It’s a strong opportunity to grow your leadership skills while building a high-performing, safety-first team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:• Lead day-to-day operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals• Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Scheduled Shift: Monday through Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm

*flexibility to cover 2nd shift as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

• 3 years supply chain experience
• Experience with System 21 ERP software
• Background in the spirits, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing industries

The annual salary range for this role is $71,332 - $89,165. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
