As an Experience Ambassador, you'll engage guests through tours, tastings, and interactive exhibits while sharing your passion for hospitality and our iconic brands. This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, support special events, and help create lasting impressions in one of New Orleans' premier visitor destinations.

Job Description/Responsibilities

As an Experience Ambassador, you'll engage guests through tours, tastings, and interactive exhibits while sharing your passion for hospitality and our iconic brands. This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, support special events, and help create lasting impressions in one of New Orleans' premier visitor destinations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging tours, tastings, and exceptional service that create memorable guest experiences and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain exhibit spaces and sampling stations by ensuring they are clean, organized, stocked, and operating efficiently.
- Educate visitors on featured brands, products, and gift shop offerings while supporting sales opportunities and special events.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations, assist with training, and help continuously improve the visitor experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, food & beverage, retail, or other guest-facing roles (such as bartender, tour guide, concierge, docent, brand ambassador, or restaurant front-of-house).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and available to work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the wine & spirits, hospitality, tourism, or attractions industry.
- Experience working with VIP guests, group tours, or special events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
