We’re looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food / Beverage) to oversee daily quality operations within our beverage manufacturing facility. This leader will ensure our products meet the highest food safety and regulatory standards while supporting our mission of continuous improvement.

Job Description/Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food / Beverage) to oversee daily quality operations within our beverage manufacturing facility. This leader will ensure our products meet the highest food safety and regulatory standards while supporting our mission of continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Supervise daily activities of QA technicians to ensure all testing, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor production processes for compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and company standards.
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and manage root cause investigations.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
- Lead internal audits, customer complaint investigations, and product holds/releases.
- Train employees on quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain lab equipment calibration, recordkeeping, and inventory of testing materials.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
