As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team focused on equipment performance, preventative maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Lead and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems.
- Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting cost-saving projects across the site.
- Coach and develop team members through performance management, training, and skill development opportunities.
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Preferred
- Experience in beverage, food and beverage, distilling, or other process manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and reliability best practices.
